About the Original Painting

In 1971, my father purchased a painting from the John M. Smythe furniture store in Chicagoland. The only clues we have to the original artist are the painting itself and the signature at the bottom. We are continuing our search to make sure the artist or his or her heirs receive appropriate credit.
