The Growlers enter their 48th year with original members Gene Roberts on bass, Greg Schoenmann on guitar, Ted Frank on Keyboard, and relative newcomer Lou Cassis on drums. 
They deny the label of classic rock and would tell you their songs were all new at the time they started performing them.  The Growlers do not play the hits but do cover the greatest bands of all eras from Led Zeppelin to Black Keys.  Their motto: “Playing the music you need to hear even if you don’t know you need to hear it so shut up and listen”
